  1. what if there's excess salt in a dry dish..how do you adjust that..by increasing other spices ?

  2. Usually adding pepper or garam masala powder neutralizes excess salt. Alternatively you can add more of the actual ingredients to lessen the taste of salt.
    Say, for example if you add too much salt in a salad then increase the amount of lettuce in it to lessen the taste of salt. Likewise in other dry dishes.

  3. yes that's what i do , i increase spices (other than pepper, coz that adds a very spicy taste, dont like it much, unless the dish requires pepper) thanks was useful !

  4. hi! i wonder if you've tried baking the chicken and cheese balls instead of frying them. must we fry them or can we bake them in the oven?

  5. Well... This was my first time trying them so I followed the recipe. I guess they can be baked too. Grease them a bit with oil and pop them into a pre heated oven. Turn half way thru.
    I hope they turn out well for you. Do let me know how they turned out.
